A celebration of cultures, community and connection across ISB.

⏰ Morning Arrival & Registration
All students will register in their classrooms at the regular time.
Year 3 and Above
From 7:30am, students in Year 3 to Year 13 will be released to enjoy the events of the day.
This includes:
Joining the Parade of Nations (if they wish)
Watching or performing in the scheduled performances
Visiting the cultural stalls and displays (remember to bring some money)
Students in these year groups will be under general staff supervision throughout the event.
⚠️ If you would prefer your child to remain under direct supervision of school staff for the morning, please complete the form below (Yr3 to Yr6).
ℹ️ Please note:
If this option is selected, your child will not be able to participate in the Parade of Nations, as direct supervision cannot be maintained during the parade.
Unless the form is completed, all students in Year 3–13 will be released to enjoy the events from 7:30am.
Pre-Kindy to Year 2
Parents have two options (using the same form above):
1️⃣ Collect your child at 7:30am and sign them out to join you for the event.
Once signed out, students cannot be signed back in, as we must maintain correct ratios.
Only an adult may sign out a child (not an older sibling or Secondary student). Sign-out sheets will be in each classroom.
2️⃣ Remain under direct supervision of school staff.
This is the default option for any family not completing the form.
These students will be escorted in small groups to experience the stalls and performances.
For safety reasons, they will not join the Parade of Nations but they will watch it go past.
Parade of Nations 🇧🇳🌏
All students and families joining the parade should gather in the ISB Theatre before 8:00am.
Participants will be grouped by country before parading through the campus and finishing at the Piano Steps, where we’ll enjoy a song and the waving of all flags.
