That's right, today we officially announced in Assembly that the next ISB production will be SHREK! Ms Daisy and Ms Gilroy whipped up a storm and ensured maximum enthusiasm across all students in Year 4 to Year 6. We are so excited to share this news.
Every student in Year 4 and above will be invited to audition and participate in the end of year production. Look out for a sign up form in Seesaw. Once students have expressed their interest in being part of the production, they will be added to a very special Shrek Seesaw group. This is where we will post all the latest updates, schedules, audition materials and more....
Are you in Year 4 and above? Do you want to be part of ISB Shrek the musical?
Alongside this mega-exciting announcement today, the ECA programme has also been shared through EduLink. We hope all students are happy with the ECA choices and are looking forward to participating from next week.
Each week, we share a Free Write Friday both within Seesaw and on the Primary Newsfeed. We love to see the writing that is posted back into Seesaw each week. Look out later on for a special Shrek themed challenge: "That'll do Donkey, that'll do..."
Next week, our amazing House Captains and Mr Hick will be hosting the next House Week. There will be Tunnel Ball, Tug of War and Wet Sponges: find out more here. On the day of the planned activities, students are invited to wear their house shirts and plenty House Points will be awarded. If you are new to ISB or need to order a new house shirt, a link to the online order form was sent in Seesaw earlier today.
This week Pre Kindy have had their very first swimming lesson in the pool, Kindy have been making and tasting, Reception have been writing using their phonics knowledge, Year 1 have been working with number bonds to 20, Year 2 have shared me through the years, Year 3 have been recognising similes and alliteration, Year 4 have been adding two 3-digit numbers with more than one exchange, Year 5 have been finding out about their Temburong Residential and Year 6 have been writing about how our blood works after visiting the Secondary Science labs.
