Wishing all a very Happy Teachers' Day 2022! The work that goes on to ensure every student excels at ISB is phenomenal. The success we have as a learning community is a direct result of the hard work and dedication of the entire staff team; Teachers, Learning Support Assistants, Learning Assistants, School Leaders and Support Staff. All deserve enormous admiration for their work in shaping the minds of the next generation. Thank you!
Next week, we will be introducing the new Student Council. Their work will ensure continued school improvement and I can't wait to hear about all of their amazing ideas. Having reviewed all the application videos in Seesaw, the calibre this year is second to none. I know that it will be an amazing team of talented, confident individuals.
Congratulations to our young sports stars who recently competed in the Brunei Junior Sports League (BJSL) event. To see what they got up to, take a look at this gallery of photos.
Next week is Wellbeing Week across ISB. We will be posting activities into the Special Events folders in Seesaw for all students in Year 1 to Year 6. These activities can be accessed both at school and at home. I know next week is going to be a fantastic opportunity for students and staff of all ages to focus on the most important aspect of school life; their wellbeing.

Wellbeing Week will end on Friday 30th September and all students are invited to Wear Green for the day in support of Mental Health and Wellbeing. Each student in Primary will be requested to donate $1 towards new initiatives promoted by the new Student Council towards overall student wellbeing.
What does learning look like at ISB? In our Early Years it looks like this... and when they are making Pizza, it looks like this...
Thank you for your continued support. Please remember to check the What's On section of the Primary Newsfeed for the latest calendar events.
Enjoy a restful Teachers' Day 2022.
